Bruce Mills Bruce Mills, Chairman and CEO of Mills Properties, obtained his B.S. degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1963 and earned his M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1966. Bruce played basketball and lettered in baseball while attending Mizzou on a full athletic scholarship.
